The donut shop: our hope and savior

Damn the power went out. Why did this happen. this sucks. The one time I wanna download some illegal movies the freakin power decides to go out. Why is this happening. I look outside and see everyones car parked in the middle of the strreets and everyone in all of the buildings in Fiche pointe step outside to figure out what is oing on. From the top of Finche pointe in my apartement it seems like a bunch of ants running out of their anthill when you kick it. I smelt this funny smell that bothered me and it was the ONLY thing i could smell. From my apartement building I can only see one bright light. Its the donut shop! I notice that everyone begins to vear towards the donut shop like a stream in a river that begins to flow faster and faster. I decide to join along because i was awfully hungry. I lock my door and speeded down the stairs in attempt to get to the donut shop before everyone else did. Once I stepped outside I realised that there was no point in goingto the donut shop because all of Finche pointed was racing to get there. But it was too late the stream was now going faster and turning into the waterfall. I had to keep running if not I would be run over by everyone else that believed they had a chance at making it to The donut shot eventhough everyone else believed that too. Once the stampede crammed us into the donut shop I quickly squeezed myself out of that animal pen. All the people were behaving like animals, pushing shoving hitting and all hell began to break loose. It seemed like the donut shop was the center of the world. I was very hungry but I figured that I would have to starve until the power came back on.
